Dear Balint Friends,
Just to say hello from Portugal. Our work is going on. Two weeks ago we did a very good meeting with a lot of GPs and psychologists, the so called I National Balint Meeting, where we found new enthusiasm all over the participants. It was the first warming up activity having in mind the congress in 2007. Now, we are editing a four pages monthly supplement in our GPs journal, with theoretical texts about Balint work and notice of the activities that are going on the country with the groups.

Our Ottawa, Canada, Balint Group, 8 GPs and 1 psychiatrist, has been meeting every two weeks ( taking summers off) since 1984. Are there any other Canadian groups ? Are there groups that have been meeting for similar lengths of time?
